Sunday, November 12, 2017 - Still young, but came together real nice throughout the night. The transformation was the most unique to any wine I've had. When we opened the bottle, it was smooth as silk. With the fresh onion bread it came alive with tannins and alcohol blend that was perfect adding a peppery taste. The crab cakes pulled a vanilla creme from the wine. Steak I could taste the fruit, big and voluptuous. And finally desert with a chocolate sundae, it taste like the best well balanced silky fruit I love in Syrah.

Then I stumbled home.
