Monday, December 25, 2017 - Decanted 2 hours and back into the bottle for 2 more. Ridiculously concentrated with a beyond inky black core and nose that saturates the air. Roasted meats, smoke, cherry syrup, creamy strawberries, olive brine, stewed blackberry, and forest floor. Similar to the Grenache it’s young but approachable. The best non EBA Syrah I’ve had. This will be amazing in 5 years.
