Saturday, October 20, 2018 - Fresh roasted coffee, blueberry cobbler, roasted marshmallows, Chinese five spice, coriander, chiseled rock and Parmesan cheese. Exceptionally long and concentrated, with verve and style; the finish is actually perfect as it displays this almost eccentric harmony. A true rhapsody. How can an unctuous and thick Syrah of this stature still be light as a feather at the same time? Well, this will explain the notion for many years to come. Almost perfection in a bottle, this reminds me of Poker Face. Drink 2023 -.
