Wednesday, December 26, 2018 - I have wanted to try this guys wine for years. Finally found some at my local high end liquor store. I would normally give this wine 89 points except that it cost me $ 300 a bottle. Total waste of money. Much better wines at 1/6 of the cost. These are the type of wines that people rate highly because everyone else does, so they don't want to look stupid. Medium bodied not much fruit, kinda non descript.

8/9/2020 6:58:00 AM - Strange, you gotta admit. 80+ other wine lovers give this wine an average score of 95+ points, and the lowest other score was 90, 10 points above your 80. Possible you had a bad bottle? Otherwise, your palate is demonstrably different from the vast majority of others, or SQN rubs you the wrong way. Saying that everyone rates this wine high because everyone rates this wine high is just circular. Anyway, it doesn't account for the fact that the first couple guys rated it high before others rated it high.
