Sunday, March 8, 2020 - deep and dark, this took a little while (2 hrs) to truly open up and show what was inside after PnP. Tons of dark berry fruit underpins dark chocolate, smoke, violets, and black olives. This has more minerality than I often expect from SQN. Lots of tannins here, but covered up in the smooth packaging right now. This should age nicely, but a pleasure to drink now too.
