Sunday, December 12, 2021 - Fantastic. Everything is beautifully integrated at this stage, with a beautiful nose to pair with a complex palate and resolved fine tannins. To be expected with the AVA, this is a more full-bodied expression of Pinot than others, but still incredibly delicate.
Paired with roasted chicken, which was perfect.
