Friday, May 25, 2018 - If you have gone long and are wondering whether you should have a taste, do yourself a favour and witness these incredible primary flavours while they are still there. No doubt this wine will develop into something incredible, but its fairly incredible right now. So much drive through a medium bodied wine, it really does paint the mouth with some complex fruits and spices. Definitely decant for a minimum of 2 hours. Really showed itself at 3 hours +

They could go down for 30 years if one has the patience but i have tried 2 of my 8 & both were already awesome & you could tell there is so much room for development. I will try to control myself & open another maybe in a couple of years & see how it's changed.

I will probably have one bottle in the next year and wait a few more years for the next one. I am more interested in drinking the more developed wine but am excited to see how this one is going.
