Wednesday, April 17, 2024 - Some smoky pear drops boiled sweets on the nose. Some Gallia melon and a little wilted tarragon. Palate is texturally agreeable, has nice acidity and is a good accompaniment to some decent comté. Picked up in a BBR clearance in the UK and would not rush to restock.
