Saturday, April 11, 2020 - Super funky. Some fizz from CO2 present but eventually works it way out of the wine. Very light red almost translucent. Lots of spice and funk in a good way. A very delicate and light wine - perfect for a hot summer day. Easy drinking. Not overly complex but fun and super interesting.
