Tuesday, November 24, 2020 - Coravin fun - Talbot (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Aromas of gooseberry, cats piss, nettle with a little lime leaf and lime peel as well as a smidge of apple. In the mouth it has medium plus intensity acidity with similar flavours, a little almond bitterness on the finish. Yum.
