Thursday, August 4, 2022 - Coravin fun - Talbot: From Coravin. slight green apple and apple skin, gooseberry, grass, creamy leesy notes. Medium plus intensity acidity strays towards sour, grass, apple skin, saline notes, a little woody texture, creamy and leesy notes. Long with the non-intrusive alcohol warmth helping to carry the finish. Okay.
