Sunday, August 30, 2020 - Hoped for a bit more here, Day 1 very salty/earthy and not a lot of fruit. Day 2 the dark fruits became present with added balsamic and bell pepper notes. A bit brutish on the attack, perhaps a couple more years tames down this bird.
