Tasted non blind.

Dark garnet to purple color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of aspirin, roasted meat, currants and black pepper. Flavors of currants, dried plums and rick black berry flavors. Medium acidity, medium to firm tannin, full bodied. Drink now or over the short term with some air.
