Sunday, January 21, 2024 - Opened for 1 hr and initial tastes revealed a tart cherry with some muted leather and a good dose of tannins. Opened slightly in the next couple of hours of consuming.
Not the best Silver Oak I have drank and somewhat of a disappointment.
