Friday, November 18, 2016 - Tasted after 2014 Blaufränkisch Leithaberg. 50% Blaufränkisch, 50% Merlot. Rounder, more generous. Plums, dark forest fruit, spices, herbs, smoke. Lots of depth on the palate, very vibrant and dense, ripe but powerful tannins, very well integrated acidity. Super long. Very promising and already pretty impressive. 93-94+
