Thursday, June 22, 2017 - Monterey County (CA) Sparkling Wine. 2016 vintage (2015 not available; %'s may vary somewhat) composition is 70% Pinot Blanc, 15% Riesling, & 15% Muscat. Francis Ford Coppola label (wine is named after his daughter) but the label also states wine is Produced and Bottled by Domino, Ceres, California.

Served @ 7c/45f, 12.0% abv. Wine is Fragrant, Floral and slightly sweet, as intended, with hints of citrus and minerality. A favorite with spouse and daughter, I find there is an aroma of perfume, perhaps like lavender, that I find somewhat off-putting.
