Tuesday, March 5, 2024 - Decanted and drank over two days. Last drank this a little over a year ago. This bottle is the nicest I've had - the slightly bitter end is gone. Black fruit and some tar on the nose, white pepper black and blue fruit on the palate, nuanced taste. Medium tannin. This has evolved over the last year or so. I will wait another year for the next bottle. Best after 4 hours on day-1, diminishes slightly by day-2, but still good.
