Saturday, March 14, 2020 - Benchmark Kabinett. Just off-dry, balanced well with acidity but lacking the tension of many Mosel wines. Fragrant with tropical fruit on the palate. Maybe not a wine to get lost in, but easy to enjoy. Drinking well at the moment.
