Tuesday, June 20, 2017 - Nose of citrus, melon, green apple, papaya, limestone and candle wax. Tastes like lime, grapefruit, honeydew, pear, mandarin, chalk and candied pineapple. Zesty and fruity, but balanced by calming minerality, and topped with a fruit-driven long finish. A delicious treat when served chilled on a hot and muggy summer solstice.
