Wednesday, April 15, 2015 - Decent brunello. Very subtle and not as bold as I normally like. Nail polish, oak, vanilla and cherry upon opening with medium acidity and soft tannins. After a 6 hour decant, the plums and ripe cherries came out and this paired well with tomato based pizza. Color was very nice with a orange red color and brown/clear outside. This was good but not as powerful as I wanted it to be. Overall, I enjoyed it...just a bit light.
