Tuesday, September 1, 2020 - Very nice.
Menthol, spice, mint, ripe dark cherries.
Long finish starts with fruit and resolves into oak and minerals and mild tobacco.
Note: this went *amazingly well* with smoked salmon and marcona almonds.
