Monday, December 17, 2018 - Off the by the glass list at the NoMad. This was very nice and easy. Very crisp and refreshing. It paired extra well with seafood (some uni where the creaminess of that was a nice contrast to the sharpness of this). It's very dry. Maybe a bit of sour green apple. I enjoyed it.
