Wednesday, March 22, 2017 - Tasted with winemaker, Greg Brewer, at a local wine store. Color is a pale, pale yellow. Intense nose of lemon and citrus. Palate of mandarin oranges, lime juice, and sea salt. Medium finish with a little more fruit than acid.
