Tuesday, June 19, 2018 - Not a Chardonnay fan and normally prefer Chablis style. But this is fantastic. Barely there Chardonnay, creamy but nice tropical fruit profile. Medium body. Enough acidity to cut through fatty fare. Pared w a southern biscuit made w Benton’s bacon and ramp butter. Definitely a repeat!
