Saturday, August 11, 2012 - Nose is kind of astringent with tons of oak and plums. It has a cinnamon plastic edge to it...kind of hard to explain. Dense flavor profile with tons of plums, cherries, and barbecued oak. The finish is heady and tannic. Good but not great.
