Tuesday, May 30, 2017 - Dark cloudy ruby. Nose of barnyard, dark berry fruit, and a hint of violets. On the palate some drying tannins that compete with a core of black fruit. A clear ring of acids on the finish. Strong elements not yet alloying, but worth future consideration. 50 + 14 + 15 + 7 = 86.
