Sunday, March 12, 2023 - Decanted for 5 hours, then returned to the btl.
No sediment at all.
Impactful wine with youthful tannins and happy cherry-based fruit.
A bit too overpowering today, and the acidity and tannic backbone will mellow over some years.
Perfect with Osso buco.
