Sunday, November 24, 2019 - Classic RRV Pinot. Just a touch of sweet with bright red fruit flavors, spicey, smooth, elegant.
Drinking beautifully today but will hold for a few years. Just not sure waiting for further development is worth the risk of possibly losing those bright fruit flavors.
Gave it one hour of air and it was good to go.
