Thursday, January 12, 2017 - Decanted and showing well integrated and toasty aromas of blueberry compote, vanilla, pastry dough, toasty oak, baking spices, blackberry syrup, huckleberry and candied violets.
The palate is appealing indeed! Plush textures, with juicy berry acidity and great flavors of toasty oak, baking spices, blueberry, huckleberry and blackberry laced with vanilla, candied violets, sarsaparilla and hints of licorice. lingers through the toasty finish.
