Sunday, April 16, 2023 - Another gorgeous Syrah from Gramery. The '14 Lagniappe is rich and mouthfilling. Red fruit with smoke, spicees, and flowers galore. There is characteristic olive tapenade, more spice and a hint of WA funk. There's a lot going on but it is still relatively light on its feet. The finish lasts a solid minute with flower-tinged minerality. Very nice.
