Saturday, January 2, 2021 - Greeted with a varietally correct bouquet the wine leads into a fully mature medium bodied cabernet, exhibiting all of those characteristics. Shows excellent balance with a lighter finish. The wine goes well with lighter bodied entrees or by itself. Not a massive wine, just a very pleasant wine to drink. I would say that this wine has very little upside left in aging but is very enjoyable right now. Will probably hold for another 3 years or so, shows very little sign of aging, no browning in its coloration. Legs show medium glycerol character.
