Nose has lots of fresh red fruit, a little pepper, and, if I tried really hard, maybe I can imagine some lavender? Super soft and open wine now. Couldn't detect any oak or tannin. Cherry and plum in the mouth. Dry short finish. Everything was done well and if you really want to show the terroir of Nimes this would be a good choice. Me personally, I'd like some more stems with some old oak to give it more character.
