Friday, January 13, 2017 - (Disgorged in fall of 2015) Very light yellow colour with a stream of fine and tiny bubbles that lead way to a wonderful nose showing hazelnuts, chalks, minerals and herbs in a very youthful style. Fruity palate showing youthful acidity and a creamy mousse that leads to the very long and bitter lemon peel finish. Wonderful expression. As so many other 2009's this cuvée is more of elegance than power on the palate with a well played orchestra of flavours balancing off each other in a perfect way. I think this cuvée will develop very nicely with extra cellar time, and will feel youthfully tight for many years to come. Very nice already, with a long life ahead. Best 2019-2034.
