But the residual sugar and woodiness kinda brought it down a couple notches. It still was too early to drink and 2014 is basically the loser of the two vintages before and after, but do vintages even matter much in napa anymore. Who knows. This is definitely not a bad wine and the price at costco was fair and perhaps I'm underrating. I would hold.
