Monday, January 6, 2020 - Not as much fruit as good Hall wines, which, for me, provide the perfect balance. It had more sediment than I thought it should and did not open up much, even after decanting for over an hour. So I think it's not quite ready, but might be exceptional after a couple more years of rest. For essentially the same price, however, there are several Halls I like much better. It did open up rather nicely in the glass and more of the fruit came forward. I'm satisfied.
