Thursday, November 30, 2017 - Well it's certainly not French tannat. Almost more like a syrah with dark fruit and wet leather. But maybe a bit too high in acid and tannins way down. But hey, in my neck of the woods this was an $11 wine. So high fruit, high acid, low tannins, while out of balance, may actually be the target market. For me a chance to try out something from off the beaten path. Not a bad effort all told.
