Friday, August 13, 2004 - On opening was rather high pitched and acidic, not giving much other than a lovely whiff of red pinot fruit. Double decanted, but wine really did not come around til about 4 hours later, typically in my last sip, when I got a long pure sweet pinot flavour. Wait 2 years for a pretty decent classic cote de beaune drink.
