Vibrant golden. Tight liveky mousse. Pear, green apple. Tight. Needs some time to unwind. Air coaxes out more of a toasted brioche with citrus fruit and a drying finish. Bright acidity and minerality. Good, but might be better with a couple years to settle in to form.
