Saturday, January 14, 2023 - Decanted for an hour or so. 95 for finesse and quality, though been wanting more fruit as we drank for over 2 hours with various foods from prawns to pork, duck, beef and lamb pasta. Nowhere near the 2004 mouth coating glycerin, fruit, acid and tannins, but as silky and smooth.
