Sunday, February 18, 2024 - The nose opens with shifting notes of freshly tilled earth, furred game and iron, with violets, candied strawberry and plum lingering in the background. Wafts of menthol, red liquorice and truffle emerge. Plentiful acidity and juicy red fruit are supported by perfectly ripe, polished tannins. Powerful, earthy and complex.
