Friday, April 27, 2018 - Nice full apricot nose w/nice legs upon opening. Initial flavor of tart melon & lemon peel. As the wine opened the profile changed to full succulent pear & soft butter flavor. Nice full flavorful finish. The more it opens the more impressive it becomes. Exceptional wine. My kind of Chardonnay. You taste the fruit without the acid.
