Saturday, February 4, 2017 - This was absolutely delightful. Popped and let sit for about three hours. Served with a maple glazed salmon dish which it complemented well. Silky texture, light acidity, dried red fruit and a medium length. No real earth qualities here but I wasn't expecting that from a CA pinot. I have a second bottle I will hold on to for a couple years to see how that acid plays out.
