Wednesday, September 19, 2018 - Pours quite dark and dense with a translucent core. Basically no bricking. This sports a subtle but complex brooding nose of deep cherries, damp earth, lemon thyme, crushed rock, and just developing some soya and beef broth complexity. The palate still has some tannin and moderate acid. Overall quite youthful still.
