Saturday, January 9, 2021 - Nose: Mature red and yellow apples, mature plums hay, citrus, mineral, nougat and some hazelnuts.

Taste: yellow apples, citrus, toasted bread, nougat, orangezest with hints of mineral.

Lovely champange that is drinking perfectly right now!
