Saturday, January 14, 2023 - First time trying this producer at French Lebanese restaurant. Waiter informed us 2013 is a strong year for Lebanese wines. Really enjoyed this wine after brief decant. In the glass it was ruby with a fair amount of garnet brick. Very concentrated fruit in the glass and yet medium bodied and elegant. Acidity med-med+. Red fruit driven, you could taste both the Cabernet and Syrah. Soft, integrated tannins yet enough bite to pair perfectly with spiced chicken and lamb. I would say this is perfect drinking window now. Not sure about aging.
