Saturday, May 15, 2021 - The nose is a little restrained - Black fruits, dried meat, herbs and leather. The palate is vibrant with Ripe black fruits, spice and a hint of what I’m calling cigar ash. Lovely mouthfeel and balance. Just feels right. Fine tannins. Bit of grip left. Good length. Via Coravin.
