Vibrant tropical and citrus fruit flavors are wrapped around a firm, acid core. The finish is broad yet piercing, the depth of flavor punctuated by the acidity. Long, gingery lemon and vanilla elements dominate the finish, and pull me back for another sip, then another sip. It’s a compelling wine, and only now in early midlife. There are years to go, and probably many more secrets to be revealed.
