Wednesday, April 1, 2020 - My favorite appellation in champagne is Chouilly. This Special club champagne from RC is a 2011 which wasn't a very good year in Champagne. Still they have manage to do a great job with this one. I wouldn't keep it for many more years in the cellar, but it's really good now, for example with lobster or scallops.
