Monday, June 19, 2023 - Quite discreet nose with a trace of vegetal.

On the other hand, the mouth is much more exuberant with a bright fruit on apricot and pear. The acidity balances a dense juice to give a whole that is as rich as it is supple. Beautiful floral finish that stretches in the most beautiful way.

It's excellent, far from what I usually drink in white, but I really enjoyed it.
