Friday, October 15, 2021 - This was utterly delightful. At first glance, a pale green color suggests it is a few years younger. The nose has some toasted oak, richness, and river stone. A faint hint of reduction that blows away. I guessed 19 Dauvissat 1ere blind, but truly this had more richness, and a back-palate acidity that was
Reassuring for the vintage. Not the faintest hint of oxidation. I wish I had a case!
